Benefits: Cacao fruit is the richest source of antioxidants, and it has multiple regenerative properties for the skin. Blend some drops of cacao essential oil with almond or base oil and apply to the skin for massages or facials. 

This essential oil should not be eaten directly. Blend some drops with water to ingest them.

Recommendation: It is always important to do an allergy test before using it in large quantities, especially if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies. It is also advisable to dilute it in a carrier oil if applying to the skin
