About Fiorella

Fiorella is the founder of Kaukawa Cacao and Women of Cacao. A cacao educator and certified chocolate taster from Peru, she specializes in cacao culture, quality evaluation, and sensory analysis.

She has trained with international organizations to evaluate cacao from diverse countries of origin, bringing a global perspective into her work. Her approach integrates both ceremonial depth and educational value, offering participants practical tools to recognize and appreciate fine cacao and chocolate.
