The journey culminates with a visit to Machu Picchu, one of Peru’s most extraordinary archaeological and cultural sites.

Our cacao journey culminates with a trail and an offering at the secret temples of the ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, creating a meaningful final connection between cacao, the land, and the ancestral world of the Andes.

Machu Picchu offers a window into the knowledge, worldview, and relationship with nature of the Inca civilization. Walking among its temples, terraces, and ceremonial spaces invites us to reflect on the profound relationship between people, the land, the cosmos, and the cycles of nature.

During our visit, we will walk among temples and terraces, each radiating a distinct energy and story. Highlights include the Temple of the Sun and the Temple of the Condor, sacred spaces that reveal the Incas’ advanced astronomical wisdom. You will be led through the significance of the Intihuatana stone, “the place to tie the sun”, one of the most sacred altars where ceremonies were once held, offering you a deeper connection to the spiritual heart of the Andes, assisted with Cacao’s energy.

In our previous retreat, we were honored to hold a cacao ceremony in the mystical surroundings of Machu Picchu. It became a profound moment of connection and reflection — and an experience we hope to continue honoring in this journey.
