An exclusive, limited-edition tasting featuring selections from the Cacao of Excellence 2023 & 2025 – The 50 Best Chocolates.
This guided experience introduces participants to the global standards and evaluation protocols of the Cacao of Excellence (CoEx) program, while tasting award-winning chocolates from different origins around the world.
Led by Fiorella Richter, Peruvian chocolate maker and student of the Cacao of Excellence Program, trained and certified through their laboratory, this session offers a rare opportunity to explore some of the finest chocolates internationally recognized.
A journey across cacao origins — traveling the world through chocolate. Peru is included, of course.
Participants taste five curated samples, traveling across continents through chocolate — discovering how terroir, genetics, and fermentation shape flavor and learning about traceability.
