Women of Cacao Summit 2026

Women of Cacao Summit 2026

A celebration of Cacao, connection and community

For four days, women from across the cacao and chocolate world came together for the Women of Cacao Summit 2026 — a global gathering created around cacao, learning, creativity and community.

With more than 50 speakers from over 25 countries, the Summit brought together cacao farmers, chocolate makers, entrepreneurs, researchers, educators and cacao lovers from different backgrounds and origins. What made the experience especially meaningful was the opportunity to connect beyond the sessions themselves: to meet women working in different parts of the industry, exchange ideas and discover stories from around the world.

The program explored cacao from many different perspectives, with conversations around origin, sustainability, business, innovation, wellness, culture and chocolate. But there was also plenty of room for creativity and experiences outside the traditional industry conversation — from a natural makeup class using cacao to sensory experiences, cultural activities and live music.

For Kaukawa, the Summit was particularly special. Fiorella Richter, founder of Kaukawa Cacao, is also Co-Director of Women of Cacao, and being part of this community reflects many of the values we share at Kaukawa:

connection to cacao, respect for its origins, cultural exchange and creating spaces where people can learn from one another.

More than a virtual conference, the Summit felt like a meeting point for a growing global community. Four days filled with conversations, new perspectives, creativity and, above all, meaningful connections.

Because cacao has always been about more than chocolate. It is about the people, stories, cultures and relationships that grow around it.

And Women of Cacao gave us a beautiful space to celebrate all of them.
